    Job Analysis
    Understanding the client requirements
    Job posting & Bulk mails
    Sourcing profiles from job portals like naukri and monster
    Posting jobs on social networks viz, Linkedin, facebook
    Networking, Headhunting
    Initial screening
    Analysis the candidates knowledge, interest, skills & mindset by telephonic
    Make aware of the concern name to be shared and feeding information as friendly manner.
    Scheduling interview for shortlisting candidates
    Follow up the candidate until reach the destination
    Get the feedback from candidates about the interview process and questions asked by client
    Get the status from candidates as well as client.
    Interact with selected candidates till the joining
    Keep in touch with candidates for future reference
    Maintain database
