Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
This position exists to perform a variety of duties relative to the staffing and recruiting function within Human Resources. The incumbent is responsible for sourcing of entry-level positions, conducting telephone interviews to identify viable candidates, scheduling interviews and tracking the candidates till they join the accepted profiles
Assist in the identification of high-caliber candidates for a variety of roles within the functional areas of the businesses. This position demands a balance of creativity, curiosity and drive, interpersonal savvy and the ability to work independently and self-direct while dealing with ambiguity.
Participate in needs definition/intake meetings with TA Specialist and key stakeholders
Assist in developing external sourcing strategy and Search Project Plan/Timelines with TA Specialist to ensure mutual alignment on goals and expectations
Source qualified and diverse candidates for above functional areas through various job portals and other agreed-upon channels for assigned requisitions
Provide pre-qualified slates for assigned roles within agreed upon timelines by conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate's skills, interest, compensation, availability and alignment with role.
Complete Pre-qualify phone screen summary forms and attach resumes and notes to Sourcing tab in Taleo system
Participate in weekly TA team meetings to provide updates to team on sourcing efforts
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 0-2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
Must be a graduate any stream would be acceptable
Excellent communication skills.
