    Hardware knowledge preferred.
    MCP / MCSE knowledge preferred.
    Hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting of different versions of windows desktop operating systems and Linux OS
    Knowledge in trouble shooting all hardware as well as connected software.
    Good Communications skills in English
    Customer service attitude
    Good Typing speed
    Should be able to multi-task Phone/Email/Chat

Shift Timing : Day Shifts (Upto 8:00 PM)

Days of Work : 5 Days Working / 9 Hours Shift
