Job Description:

• To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
• B2B phone Call.
• Analyze and process accounts.
• Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
• Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience. 
• Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English. 
• Candidates from Noida would be preferred. 
• Relevant experience in insurance process would be preferred.

Qualification Details:

• Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc/MBA  except CS/IT )
• Post graduate can apply except MCA/MSc (IT/Comp Science).
• Fresher’s can apply except B.Tech.
