Job Description:

We are Conducting Walk in for 2014 & 2013 Passed outs ( Arts, Science & Commerce Graduates ) - Except MBA, MCA, M.Sc(CS/IT) or 2013 & 2014  passed out (Engineering Graduates) From Monday to Friday (05th Jan to 09th Jan, 2015) between 9.30 am and 01.00 pm.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software.
Abstracting the critical data from the Mulch-lingual Lease Documents and entering in the Lease Abstract Form.
Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries.
Desk Top Audit / Expense Reconciliation / Recovery Analysis for CAM, Taxes & Insurance and present the Audit Findings to the Management Team.

Required skills for the job holder:

    Very good written English communication,
    Analytical and logical skill
    Attention to detail
