Desired Skills :
Hands on experience with Windows Server 2008/2008R2 and Windows 7.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies like Exchange 2007/2010, Active Directory, DNS,DHCP, Office Communication Server 2007 R2, SharePoint 2010, IIS 7/7.5, SQL 2008 and Terminal Server.
Working experience with IIS 7/7.5 and SQL 2008.
Knowledge of firewall, LAN/WAN connectivity.
Certification like MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP (Preferable).
